Horrible customer service
Horrible the room had no trash cans, no glasses, coffee maker didn’t work, shower temps were horrible. Customer service was a joke! After multiple calls and being left on hold a manager called and brought us a cup of coffee as a comp as well as 1 trash can for a 4 room suite and two coffee cups rather than a glass I stay in hotels 40 or more times per year. Avoid this hotel it has multiple problems

Initially skeptical but turned out just great!
Stayed previously when it was the Westin Hotel. Was initially a little skeprical, checkin was not completely smooth and no wine in room on arrival however it was a last minute booking and everything turned out great. Also a reasonable over night rate for parking with EV chargers available. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay to visit cbd. 10mins to circular quay, pitt st mall and qvb just around the corner. Best breakfast I've had in a while, great staff. Always quiet and relaxing walking back into the hotel after a day out. Easy parking at no.1 martin place. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.
