Room had an awful smell, with stains all over the carpet. Bathroom was in poor condition with previous occupants hair on the floor. Definitely an average stay for a $500 per night room.

A great location, and a clean room. A bit noisy in the lane down the side of the hotel when bins were collected, but no noise overnight. Some great cafes and food options very close by.

Perfect spot for a tourist. Right in The Rocks area. Walked the 2 blocks to our cruise ship. Lots of restaurants and shopping, great vendors outside on Sunday. Laundry self serve at the hotel was terrific. Breakfast was hearty. Rooms were clean and fine. All around a great place for a few days before our cruise.

Great location
The location was perfect for us as we were taking a cruise, so it was pretty much across the street. The store next door was also very convenient. The room was a good size and the rooftop view was beautiful.

The Sydney Harbour Hotel couldn’t be in a better location! It’s on a prime street in the Rocks area, close to everything. It’s a 3 block walk to Circular Quay, which is where all the transportation is. It’s bout a block from the Bridge, and maybe .7 miles to the Opera House. Lots of people going on cruises stay there because it’s about 2 blocks from the cruise port. We had a view of the Opera House and Bridge. The hotel has a small pool and hot tub on the roof with great views of the city. Great stay!
