Room had an awful smell, with stains all over the carpet. Bathroom was in poor condition with previous occupants hair on the floor. Definitely an average stay for a $500 per night room.

Good hotel within couple of minutes from the harbor and lots of dining restaurants, can be noisy on the weekend. Overall decent hotel and location.

Swimming with a view of Sydney harbour was just delightful and a memory to last a lifetime! Unfortunately we couldn't get the spa going when we were there. Staff were great and location was just unbeatable to access all the best bits of Sydney!

Clean spacious room, a little dated but fantastic location, 3 minutes walk to circular quay and Sydney opera house, harbour bridge. Lots of nice restaurants and good pubs right on doorstep. Very convenient for getting to / from airport, train goes right to circular quay. Great cooked breakfast at hotel. Would recommend this hotel.

The bars directly around this hotel don’t close until 3am. But people were noisy in the streets until around 4am. Got no sleep. In addition, we could absolutely smell the cigarette smoke from outside even with the windows closed.

The car park was full , the staff were not very helpful in respect to this , the room was run down and smelt musty, the electrical wires could be seen in the bathtub, overall the place looks very tired and rundown, the breakfast was subpar ,overall it was a very disappointing stay

Beautiful heritage building, well-kept on the outside, but the room itself was in fairly poor condition - exposed toilet plumbing, terrible bath grouting, low water pressure, untidy electrical cords, big blank walls, no bedspread, just a doona between two white sheets. The parking valet service was good, but expensive. Staff were lovely.

Perfect Location for Cruise Terminal
Our stay was due to the location to the Cruise Terminal. Not the best hotel, however not the worst. I would say average facilities. But the location was perfect for our needs.
