Swimming with a view of Sydney harbour was just delightful and a memory to last a lifetime! Unfortunately we couldn't get the spa going when we were there. Staff were great and location was just unbeatable to access all the best bits of Sydney!

The location is very good. You can park your car underground at cost $79 per night. However you are not allow to load / unload your belongs in front of hotel ( they said you may got fine but we don't believe) you must do that on a small road besides the hotel by yourselves. there are door with some high steps. Not recommend if you have heavy luggage

The location is incredible being minutes from circular quay train station, restaurants, the warf, the opera house, store next door that had everything you might need. Lobby is stunning, staff was professional and attentive. They helped me get some ice and hold my luggage till checkin. First visit. Stay here!

Great location. Nice clean rooms. Great staff. Good food. However Expedia misrepresents the room. The pics don’t match. Only 4 rooms have a balcony. The pic shows a balcony and water view but you don’t get one. Thst being said I’d still stay there. The location is fantastic!

Our favorite thing about Sydney Harbour Hotel is its employees. They are kind and helpful. Aaron gave us a lot of great recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing, Wendy helped with a room issue and the French lady was also very helpful and kind. The location is perfect to walk to so many places and also very near the metro if you need to go further. We would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Sydney.

Loved this hotel. The views can’t be beat. It’s a historic feeling hotel right on the water. Also had guest laundry facilities, which I’ve never really used while traveling before but had to because of the pigeons in the harbor.

I know this is a Heritage-listed property and remodeling is nearly impossible. That being said, however, there is a lot lacking in the room. The furniture is dated. The artwork is faded. On the otherhand, we couldn't possibly get a better view.

The location of the property is fabulous as it is in the heart of The Rocks. We walked everywhere, with the bridge and Opera House popping into view at almost every turn. It’s quite close to the Circular Quay station too. The property is looking a little tired, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rooftop pool looked great.
