Hotel is at a great distance from circular quay, 500 metres with a stroll to Wynyard station, convenient late night stores and two blocks only toshopping at Westfield. Staff helpful and happy A good breakfast at an incredible price. Will I stay again?? …. absolutely.

Signage is Rydges rather than Tank Stream. Good location near train and light rail and easy walk to Circular Quay. Small rooms and hard to see difference from standard to superior to delux queen room.

Breakfast was terrible. 4 days in a row the breakfast was not worth eating. I've had jerky that was better than the bacon. The hash browns looked like they were part of an oil spill and the scrabbled egg had more things dripping off it than somone in Kings cross.....oh and the orange juice tasted off and the apple juice was watered down.......avoid the breakfast The hotel is great, the staff are great and the location is great.....all of that makes it worthwhile staying there, just avoid the breakfast. Its not worth it!!!

Return guests. Love the location. Breakfast reasonable value. Online registration is new and check in next level - one could argue eliminated the personal touch you often enjoy at reception instead a QR code, room number print out and two cards delivered. Check out little confusing about card drop off but was easy. Great value - see how it goes under impending new owners

The location of the property is wonderful. An easy walk to the Sydney Opera House, the rocks and the ferry pier. During our stay, the hotel restaurant was under renovation though still serving breakfast, which was very good. The size of the premium queen room is very small for guests with large suitcases. It is not possible to keep the bags open and walk around the room.
