We arrived for three nights to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We were given what had to be the worst room in the entire hotel with a small window and a view over a roof and into a wall. I was offered another room, but to be honest, the staff was so unhelpful that we left the hotel after 14 hours. I would not recommend the opal.

We booked our stay Tuesday thru Saturday, we had to leave Saturday morning due to our house being damaged by the hurricane. They refused to refund the one night stay. Also practiced price gouging by charging $100.00 per night for our 17 lb dog.

Everything with this hotel was fantastic. We were so very disappointed we had to cut our vacation short due to the pending Hurricane 🙁. The hotel staff were understanding about our concerns. They preferred that we remain safe and head home early vs. staying with them thru the storm. We definitely want to go back in the spring!!

Amazing beautiful property! Stayed during our evacuation from Milton. All staff was amazing and accommodating everything was clean and comfortable! So close to dining and shopping options..including the beach! Don’t hesitate you will love this place!

This hotel has deceiving pictures, it makes you think, it's on the beach but it's not. It's across the street. They have a pool door to go out to the beach that is always locked so you have to walk thru the lobby in your bathing suit to go in from the beach or out, they have a sign, to were proper tire in the lobby and they locked the pool door to the beach, very inconvenient

Beautiful property with super convenient location. Pool is gorgeous and you can walk across the street to beach. Friendly helpful courtesy staff all around. Spring for the oceanfront room - view was wonderful. Excellent dining options all in walking distance. Will stay here again.

Great location, right across the street from the ocean. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, high end for sure. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful. Just down the main road was wall the outdoor restaurants.

Overall great place to stay. Beautiful decor, clean and comfortable. Except for one rude staff member at the Elevate rooftop bar, the other staff treated us exceptionally. From the young lady at the front desk (last name Paz) to Isabella waitress at Drift Restaurant.
