Imagine entertaining your family and friends at this spectacular 5005 square foot Spanish Colonial style home in the prestigious Mesa neighborhood of Palm Springs. The 4 bed/5 bath home has generous room to entertain with a great room opening to a stainless steel and granite chef’s kitchen; the formal dining and billiard rooms; a home arcade/gym; and a Hacienda-style floor plan with all rooms flowing through towering stained oak French doors to the outdoor veranda with sparkling pool, spa and breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains. For a quiet luncheon or large dinner party for 10, there is a pergola off the breakfast area with a soothing fountain and misters.

Outdoor living abounds with a terrace that embraces the pool and spa containing loads of space for relaxing and eating, a built-in gas grill, cushioned lounge and napping area, commercial grade misters, and an outdoor fireplace to gather by on cool evenings. Beautiful Home in Palm Springs

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful Palm Springs property. The home was stunning, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The host was outstanding—responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The kids were thrilled with the arcade room, pool table, and of course, the pool! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we really appreciated having shampoo and conditioner provided in each shower.The outdoor space felt like a private resort—we especially enjoyed the grill and spacious dining table, which made meals with our group extra special.This is hands down the best vacation rental our family has ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to return!

Great week of relaxing in the sun!

We booked this property so that we could relax and enjoy the sunshine without feeling like we needed to leave each day like one does with the condo rental. We had our family of 4 plus our friends’ family of three and everyone had their own space. Kids had plenty to do at the house between the game room, the swimming pool, and pool table. The kitchen had just about every appliance and tool we could ever need. A big bonus was the privacy, we couldn’t hear the neighbors and as far as I know, they couldn’t hear us. Lastly, we enjoyed the proximity to town, walking each day to our gym, or driving and parking at the free parking garage in town.

Camino Relaxo

The property was very private and the home was gorgeous and spacious. Our two grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the arcade and pool. The five adults enjoyed the privacy of the accommodations and the appointments throughout. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy enough to permit adults to work together on meal and bar prep. The location of the home protected it from the wind and was very close to the Palm Springs restaurants and attractions. All in all, a superb find.

Amazing house!

Loved this property! Not only is it beautiful and HUGE, but it’s also very comfortable. We had a 4 yo and 18 month old with us and they had a blast! Having a travel crib, plus a high chair, plus a stroller, plus toys to play with was so convenient. And the optional gate around the pool allowed us to let our kids run free!

Exceeded Expectations

My wife, along with our three sons/spouses and one 10 mo old grandchild spent a week. Everything was perfect. The communication. The check in. The location. The rooms. The pool. The wonderfully equipped kitchen. The outside dining table. The game room. The feeling of "home." I could go on! After a day out hiking or walking downtown, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. Some house rentals are just that...utilitarian spaces you rent to sleep. This was a warm home with a resort feel. We joked that we need to track down the hosts' other rental units because we know they will also be amazing. Our family couldnt say enough about our time in Palm Springs.

Short of calling this an all-inclusive resort, you could not ask for a nicer home to stay in, whatever the reason might be. We were celebrating my niece's 40th, and I doubt we could have found a better venue to make her feel as special as she is. We will most definitely visit again!!! The owners were absolutely fabulous to work with, and other than the USC gear throughout the house, (yes, I am a Bruin!!) I could not have been happier with our choice!recommend this place

Amazing property with amenities that kept the tweens/teens and adults entertained the entire trip. Check in and communication was amazing before during and at checkout. House was a great location and walking distance to some great restaurants that we love in palm springs. Overall 10/10 would rent again.

Fabulous Home!

We feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful, comfortable, and fun house in which to stay for our Palm Springs get away. The pool/ spa was so lovely and private. The game room was a huge hit with our family. The owners and property manager were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this home, and hope to some day stay there again.

We have stayed in many VRBOs all over the US. This is by far the best we have been to. Pool, hot tub, kitchen, TVs, bedrooms, bathrooms, landscapingp, living areas, dining areas (note plural), and pool table all superb. Beyond superb the game room with so many arcade games. Only negative is that my brother-in-law is a UCLA Bruin and he had a tough time looking at all the USC Trojans paraphernalia. LOL. So many things there that we usually have to buy at other places, e.g. paper plates, condiments such as mayo, sandwich ziplocks, throwaway cups, etc. So tempting to come back, but we like to explore new areas each year. If you do come, the tram is a must.

This is a lovely, spacious, well maintained home. We rented this home for a family get together including six adults and it was perfect. Great location and the outdoor area is fabulous. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a fun bonus game room. Check in was easy and great communication from the host. I would definitely recommend!

Great Family Time

The property manager was very communicative. The house was ready early and he let us know so we could arrive early and get our vacation started. I appreciated him meeting us and reviewing the house, thermostats, pool/spa, etc. The whole family fits around the dining room table which is always a requirement for me. The game room and great spaces outside allowed us to spend a lot of time just hanging out which was the whole point of this vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked. We stay at a lot of homes and this was definitely top 3.

First Class and Five Star

This house is the classic Palm Springs experience. The house is beautiful, the master bed/bath are very impressive and the pool is just right. The kitchen is fully equipped for just about any chef. Many places are easy walking and lots of hiking trails too. We have traveled the world and stayed in every continent and this house and location is world class.

Family time in Palm Springs

Curt's beautiful home was exactly as described. We felt we were staying at a friend's place for the week. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and pool table every day. The pool and hot tub were warm and well maintained. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals. This home was decorated and equipped with everything and more that is needed for a perfect stay. Also having so much space was wonderful. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Good location, very clean, and lot of activities available at the house. When booking, ask about the additional fees beyond the standard VRBO fees, as well as the contract so you don't get caught off guard. The managers/owners were very helpful and incredibly responsive. Amazing…a must stay!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! So convenient to everything but secluded enough that you have privacy. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. The house is stunning. We had 8 adults for a girls weekend and it was more than comfortable. The pool and game room are a must to enjoy at this house. The outside dining table is also amazing. The owner and house manager were extremely helpful with any questions we may have had and were very responsive. I would stay at this house again, it is amazing!
