The exceptionally private backyard comes complete with a shimmering pool and a covered patio where you can dine and sip cocktails in the shade. Inside, you'll find an elegantly streamlined kitchen, natural wood ceilings, thought-provoking pieces of art, and crisp linens in each of the five bedrooms.

WHAT'S NEARBY
This home enjoys one of the most enviable locations in all of Palm Springs, in the upscale Vista Las Palmas neighborhood with the mountains a few blocks west and Palm Canyon Drive - downtown's main strip that's lined with acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, theaters, and all sorts of nightlife - half a mile east. When you're not out and about downtown, you'll have your choice of more than 100 incredible golf courses in the surrounding area and gorgeous hiking trails on the slopes of Mt. San Jacinto and in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) and Indian Canyons (six miles south).

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Owner canceled us on day check in
Owner cancelled our reservation the day of check in.. We got a phone call on day of check in at 2:30pm informing us that the owner is still living there. False statement because I drove by that house 2 times a day to drop/pick up my kids from school and no one has ever been there and I've gone and knocked on the door 5 times still no one there. We were scheduled to stay for 2 month. Not a weekend or a week but 2 month. The owner called at 10:30pm the night before! BEAWARE that your reservation at this place can get canceled DAY OF! I'm just glad I wasn't flying in with my family. I was renting because our house got flooded and he left my family and I hanging with NOWHERE to go. Being seasonal in the desert this was uncalled for!!!!!!!!
