Once you step into the house through the yellow front door you'll find a light and bright great room with high end furnishings and oversized art. No expense has been spared from walls of glass to the gas fireplace to the fully redone gourmet entertaining style kitchen. The kitchen features high-end appliances, a floating island, and is open to the living and dining rooms, all filled with natural light.
Step outside to the back yard and you will find a redone saltwater pool and spa with great sunning areas and sweeping mountain views. There are multiple seating and lounging areas, including an outdoor dining area for 6 and chaise lounges with designer umbrellas. The fire pit is perfect for enjoying the evening with friends.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and slider out to a private patio. The spa-like bathroom has a double vanity, large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a water closet. The guest bedroom features another king bed and smart TV, and has a full bath right across the hall with a tub/shower combo.
To escape from the action, there is also a comfortable den with a smart TV and a built-in desk workstation.
The detached casita will take your breath away with the comfortable furnishings, amazing mountain views, and oversized bathroom with walk in shower. The largest room in the house, it sits out by the pool and features a wall of sliding glass doors that open to the pool area and wrap around mountains. Complete with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and sitting area, this private retreat will make you feel like you're in a hotel suite.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is not pet-friendly. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
