This property is the best located property in Palm Desert. It is a totally renovated, beautifully decorated gem! You can easily walk to almost anyplace that you might want to visit in Palm Desert. It has a private pool, tenant is responsible for expenses heating the pool (in addition to the private pool there is also a unheated community pool), that is nothing short of incredible - all done in blue mosaic tiles that makes you want to immerse yourself in it. It offers the best of indoor/outdoor living with a built-in BBQ, outdoor tables, chairs and lounges which connect to the beautiful, well-appointed interior.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Great location!!

Loved the house. Close to downtown. Very clean. Thought we could use the pool, but we would have to heat it at our expense, so we didn't swim. Outdoor lighting at night was beautiful!!

This is a 10-star property because it exceeded our expectations in every way. What a cozy, comfortable place to stay. The 4 of us had plenty of space and the living and backyard areas were just great. The rental had everything you need to stay as long as you like. We will be back.

Perfect stay

The property was more than we expected, even from the photos and the glowing reviews. It's comfortable and it was well-equipped; it felt like absolutely everything had been thought of and provided. It's also very stylish from an architectural and interior design point of view. It's in a very quiet location; sometimes all we could hear were the hummingbirds squabbling over food. But it's just a few minutes walk from many restaurants. The pool was lovely to look at and quite deep in the middle, so in the very high temperatures during our stay it was lovely to be able to cool off. We did need to have the water heated for part of our stay, to suit medical needs, but it would be fine for most people without. The cost of the pool heating was reasonable and Rudy was very responsive to our needs despite our (international) phone number not working. We very much hope that we can return one day. In fact we'd love to live here :)

Great location!

This was our 2nd time here and really love the close proximity to shops & restaurants on El Paseo. The master bath shower has been redone and makes a big difference! Comfortable bed and a great pool for a relaxing get away.

Perfect Location

Just right for my son and I ! The walkability to restaurants shopping as well as proximity to family we came to visit - I couldn’t have asked for more. Beds were comfortable bathrooms well appointed … The kitchen is stocked with all needed appliances and dishes for in home dining as well. It has its own private pool and when I return in warmer weather that will be great! I will definitely book this property again! Rudy answered every question. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Perfect fit for my needs.

Perfect location!

This rental has just about everything you need. Fridge was stocked with waters, location is perfect for walks to dinner, the pool was great. Master bed is firm if you like that. There wasn't a washer or dryer as noted in the listing. However there were 2 locked doors outside - so perhaps that is where they were? Thankfully we were there on a hot weekend so we could rely on the outside warmth to dry our pool towels. There are always quirks to any rental and I'd say there were none that would prevent us from staying here again.

Big Disappointment!!!!

A total disappointment!! No air conditioning with temps in the 90’s!! Owner had been informed by the AC representative, a couple of years prior, that the AC unit needed replacement. Clutter throughout the property—inside and outside! On the patio—four tables and fourteen chairs!! Dust throughout. I cleaned for a couple of hours upon arrival!! Property has not been updated and refreshed in years, probably decades.

Wonderful Rental

Again, this place is a gem in town. We love the personal art work and furniture of the owner. The quaintness of the property is what sets it off from other rentals. Rudy is a great manager/host - responds quickly, check-in is always a breeze, and was very accommodating. Already booked again for next year.

Cute little home

Everything was perfect except the pool light didn’t work and it was very dark outside. Definitely needs more lights outside. And property manager was a little hard to get a hold of. We had questions about how to get in on the first day and I didn’t get a response until the next day. Luckily we figured it out on our own or we wouldn’t have been able to get in. But overall great place to stay.
