This property is poorly staffed (clerk was in charge with grossly inadequate knowledge of the property and systems), Poorly maintained ... the main elevator was out of service, and obviously for a long time. This required carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs ... yes, we are seniors. We tried 3 other rooms, and each had issues. Our final room had a broken A/C so the room was boiling. Had to open window for air ... noisy. The room needed a deep clean ... no pictures on the wall ... bed came from Ikea ... Yes, the room was 'only' $100 ... testament to how badly inflated our currency is. NEVER A MOTEL 6 AGAIN!

When checking in we were told that there will be no electric power from 10pm to 6 am and that we can stay and get 30%off or go to another hotel. We chose to stay. Today we were not given the discount and we were told to contact you. Another issue was that the sink was almost clogged.third issue- there was coffee in the morning, but no cups.

Planned power outage for over 5 hours. Unacceptable this was not disclosed to guests at booking or check in. I need power at night for my breathing machine. I could not stsy there. Numerous inquiries avout a plan or naxk up plan tovstaff were met with shrugs. Considerable effort was made rebooking another hotel that was considetably more than wjat i prepaid seceral months earlier.

Nice staff, but dirty room
The front staff was nice but the room was a bit dirty. The sheets had stains, the floor needed to be vacuumed. Also the AC did not blow out cold air, leading to the room being very stuffy.

Nice rooms and the friendliest staff keep me returning to the best Motel 6 in the valley. They always give me the royal treatment. I never feel like JESUS and company on Christmas night. Thanks again!! Plenty hot water i love it

When checked in the lady said my booking was for yesterday, and I saw her my phone this my booking for today and check out tomorrow. She doesn’t said anything except asking my husband ID and my ID was with her already. She’s not professional at all. When enter the hotel room my kids said they don’t like the room, I told them we only stay 1 night that’s sould be okay, we trying to get rest but over 10 pm there’s a lot of noice from multiple rooms, I’m not sure if there’s someone arguing out there. But we couldn’t sleep enough that night, and the bed are not comfortable at all me and my little one get itchy a lot, and He keep asking to go home. Lucky we only stay 1 night. Honestly I never left bad reviews before, but this hotel are the worst in my experience. We stay in motel 6 couple times by Lake Tahoe and San Francisco. They both were good. But not in this location. I won’t stay at this hotel anymore even if it free…! Sorry!
