A PART OF PALM SPRINGS HISTORY
This section of the Movie Colony was originally part of the custom-designed Caballeros Estates developed by Roy Fey, one of Palm Springs’ most prolific builders. This home was built in 1960, one of “27 individually styled homes” by architects Wexler and Harrison, as highlighted in a 1959 Desert Sun advertisement.
