Glass doors open to the backyard along with a spacious living area with high ceilings, a gas fireplace and a charming wet bar. A mid-century style sofa and club chairs face a large-screen SmartTV for days inside, enjoying central air conditioning. Fusing elements of minimalist decor with the technicolor soul of the 1960s, the decor of Mid-Century Escape features clean white walls and furniture accented by cheerful lemon and lime hues, hardwood cabinets, exposed brick, and intricate tilework throughout.

The great room opens seamlessly onto a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, offering inspiration to one’s inner chef. The adjacent dining area features a chic, white oval table, surrounded by retro inspired saucer chairs.

Conveniently located down the hallways of this single-level home are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with unique decor, an en-suite bathroom, and a private entrance to the backyard. An additional 4th bedroom is located in the Casita.

Find inspiration at the writing desk, sip morning coffee looking out through sliding glass doors to the backyard from your comfy accent chair, or switch on the mounted TV. This home welcomes 1 dog with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.
