Lovely house
Very easy check in process, house was clean and lights were on for our arrival. Had corresponded with Jake prior to our arrival and he said he was at the property to prepare for us to get there. The pool was grimy and dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Spoke with Jake and he said someone would come Monday to clean it. Arrived Sunday, Monday was a holiday and gentleman came Tuesday as normally scheduled to clean the pool. I asked Jake a question after that and he never responded. I did notice after there was a card with different names on in case we needed help with anything, so I guess my fault not contacting the correct person.

Great Getaway
Great outdoor space and plenty of room for entertaining. Full kitchen and well stocked with anything you need. Such a wonderful place. Loved the saltwater pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to be back!

Awesome getaway
This is such a lovely house. The backyard is immense with a very nice pool. We had great communication with the manager coming in, and everything we needed was right there. I will definitely want to visit again, it is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood and was convenient to nearby shopping and other attractions.

Well equipped property with super yard
This property had everything we needed. Fabulous pool and hot tub area and a really nice shade structure that gave us somewhere to move to when the sun was fierce. Great views of the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped. Kids set their gaming system up in the den and were happy. House was well set up for pets with the easy maintenance back yard, and the cement floors inside.

Only complaint is dishes were kind of dirty, I think it could be an issue of the dishwasher or needing to change the silverware/plates in general. Otherwise had a great time! Great pool and spa and kitchen had everything we wanted for a comfortable stay.

My friends and I do an annual girlfriend’s trip and stay at VRBOs almost every time. This house was one of our favorites! The location was great and easy for dinners downtown, hiking, sightseeing, and the Thursday night street fair. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great visit. The hot tub and pool were perfect! And the view of the mountains from the backyard was awesome. I would love to stay here again next time I visit Palm Springs.

Relaxing Getaway
The property was clean, however there was no toilet paper or paper towels when we checked in. I was able to contact property management easily and had the issue resolved. My only complaint was that cabinet doors seemed very loose and I was afraid they would come off the hinges if not handled delicately. The overall stay was relaxing and quiet. The pool was large and the covered outdoor lounge area was an added bonus. I would stay here again.

A nice rental property!
We decided to detour on our way home to Colorado to decompress and get more sun, booking the property last minute. The property was everything we wanted, a lovely house and a great pool setup. We loved our stay; the attention to the mid-century motif is excellent. There are plenty of fresh, crisp linens and clean towels, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper meal. It's a sign of the host's effort to create an inviting and accommodating environment for the guests. The floor plan is well laid out, and the little office setup is an excellent addition for those who might want to play hooky but still need to take a few calls or answer emails. Also, don't work when you go on vacation. The hot desert air was a fantastic experience. One can only discuss this property by mentioning the piece de resistance - the cooling pool. Amidst the desert's 100+ degree temperature, it was an oasis. The water is at the perfect temperature - cool enough to be a respite from the heat but warm enough to invite lounging for hours. The clean, sparkling water of the pool was irresistible, asking us to take frequent refreshing dips throughout the day. We lazily spent our day floating in the cool water, with the contrasting warmth of the desert air, and could not have asked for a better time. If you're looking for a rental property in Palm Springs that will provide a clean, comfortable base from which to explore the rest, look no further than this rental.

We loved the property- the pool was beautiful. Only issue we had was the need for some kind of safety railing at the steps in the pool & at the steps to the platform where the lounge chairs are. One member of our party is 80 years old & almost fell on the steps because there was nothing to grab onto. Only other issue is being in the flight path for the airport. It wasn't a huge deal but there will be a problem for other guests. That being said it would not stop us from staying again.
