The hotel lobby and pool were very nice . The rooms however need some TLC. The mattress was very old and it was deeply sunken and not comfortable. The shower faucet was constantly dripping. The employees were quite friendly and helpful.

Whenever I tried calling the front desk the line had a busy signal, and I had to use my personal phone to get in touch with them. The hotel also shut off the water when I was taking a shower.

As a Bonvoy member I like Marriott Hotels. I did upgrade to a pool view room as we were originally booked into a parking lot view. The staff was very helpful but unfortunately the toilet ran all night requiring repair. The toilet paper was very poor quality to say the least. Housekeeping came while I was dressing for our 3 PM event so no cleaning was done for two days.

We were early check in, saving us hours of wandering the town. Also, we had a great pool view room on the top floor. Hotel has a luxurious feel & a nice pantry & foyer. Definitely will return again.

The room was honestly in an unacceptable condition for a hotel of this standing. We found a PAIR OF DIRTY SOCKS on the floor next to the bed. One of the bed’s mattress was so old and tired that you would immediately fall to the middle. We found so much dust everywhere. That being said, the lobby is beautiful and the staff was nice. When I gave feedback about the room at checkout, they only said they’d “inform management” though.

Property was build many years ago, and they must to make new AirConditioning system. That they gave now it terrible: the noise from heating or Collings is terrible. If this happened at night - you cannot sleep. All building need AirConditioning renovation.
