The bar was nice as was the service. The Air Conditioner in all 3 rooms was obnoxious and hard to sleep. The mattress and pillows were also very tired.

Just a one night stop over before returning home. Great pool area with many enjoying even in 110 degree heat. Nice location near casino as an option to stay cool. Close to airport. Mat the lounge bartender very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable about events near by

Nice place with a few issues
Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. Here are the things I wish were better. 1) The pool water was not very clean and seemed like the filter system wasn't working. And it had floating clumps of sunscreen/goop. We notified the pool staff/engineer, but they didn't clean it up. 2) Could not find a place to park in the hotel parking lot on Sat night, when I had a parking pass. The hotel refunded the parking fee for that night.3) On Sat all of the ice machines on every floor no longer worked.

Had to take own luggage to room. Not given instructions about how to claim or use benefits. No pool service for food or drinks. Both pool bathrooms were out of service the entire time we were there??? No explanation??? Had to walk through lobby in dripping wet swimsuit to find a bathroom!!!
