Good house, great view
We have stayed here 3 years in a row. Overall, a very nice house. But it could use a couple of updates—the ovens and stove should be replaced, the barn door to the master bath is difficult to slide. The staff was very responsive when the heater for the pool and spa broke

Home in Desert Paradise
The house was comfortable, well lit, well stocked, and conveniently located. The pool and spa were incredible, and heated as promised. The property management company was incredibly responsive to my requests, which was really helpful. Highly recommend overall. Any issues were minor.

We all had a great time at this home. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The grounds were great the kitchen was a little small be it was so well stocked with serving bowls, especially plastic for outside. I would so stay here again with my family

Perfect getaway
Sometimes a listing seems too good to be true. This was not one of them. It’s exactly what we wanted. The place was clean. Items were easy to find in the kitchen. Pool was heated and hot tub was easy to use. Neighborhood was quiet. You might expect the planes to be loud due to proximity to airport, but it wasn’t a problem. Only heard them a few times during our 4-day stay. Wonderful property at a good price. With how fun Palm Springs was and our comfortable stay at the rental, we are thinking of making this an annual trip.

Great stay in Palm Springs!
My friends and I were traveling to Palm Springs for a conference at the convention center. The house was perfect for all of us with plenty of room to spare. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is great for an early morning walk!

This place is awesome!
This place is amazing! If you’re going to Palm Springs with a group book this. Lots of room, Clean, comfortable, a lot of amenties. The pool And hot tub are fantastic. Bedrooms all great, the master has a sweet walk in bathroom. Plenty of seating in the living area and kitchen as well. Place is close to the airport and only 10-15 min away from downtown Palm Springs, golf, or any other sight seeing.

Great combo of location & amenties
Stayed with a group of seven over Palm Springs Pride weekend, and unanimously we all enjoyed the space for its well-stocked kitchen, all-around cleanliness, reliable internet & cable TV, sunny patio, warm outdoor pool & easy-to-use spa. The immediate surrounding neighborhood & proximity to shops/downtown made the stay even more enjoyable. Grateful that this stay was a success!

Poolside living realized
It was a very relaxing getaway with family. The things that needed to be good: pool,spa, air conditioning, ceiling fans, beds, were very good. Suggestions for improvement would be: many pool floats had holes but we only found out after trying to blow them up or use them. Sand bags around pool were open due to sun damage, letting dirt out around pool. Some umbrellas didn't work, it would be nice to have a solid patio cover instead of mesh and more comfortable patio furniture. Toilet in back en suite bathroom must have a leak because it would fill up as water level went down. Same bathroom shower was not usable because the water felt like razor blades. Not enough comfortable living room furniture for 6 people let alone 8 people. Even with all these suggestions, we still had a great time at this house! Great getaway!

Great house great price
We enjoyed being able to walk to Starbucks and the grocery store. Short Uber to downtown and airport. Pool and hot tub heated perfect for March weather, had alittle difficulty trouble shooting the heat but figured it out. Enough towels for 6 and laundry was very helpful, as were some leftover pantry staples!

Perfect property for a couple of families with one kid each. Two bedroom with ensuite plumbing at either end of the house. Well equipped kitchen and nice backyard with clean pool and hot tub. A bonus was 4 decent bikes with locks, good tires and everything working. We would definitely rent again.

The property is a bit dated and shabby. The location is near the airport so the noise level was pretty intense sometimes. The neighborhood is nice and the pool was large and enjoyable. There weren’t enough bathroom towels.

The rental process went well. The pool and hot tub worked well and the house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood, very convenient for shopping. The kitchen was generally well-equipped but there were no teaspoons. More bath towells are needed to meet the needs of all seven (in our case) tenants.

Pool and hot tub on different heating systems so neither was warm at the same time. Maintenance man, although nice was here 2 plus hours repairing blind, padding for door frame. Couldn’t leave the property that day. TV is living room was a nightmare to work, 3 separate remotes. House is right by the airport lots of noise.
