A sub-par experience
I never write reviews but was compelled to based on my experience with this hotel. I don't know if I got a crappy room, but it was disgusting. I had high hopes that this would be a great hotel based on the positive reviews and pictures from the website. Politely said, I do think the Motel 6 down the street is probably nicer than the two rooms I had.

I had been wanting to stay here for a while and finally booked for my birthday. The property is beautiful and very calm. We were placed in the "back" of the property, which felt even more private. No issues with rowdiness or anything. While the rooms do come with a fridge, you have to take things out in order to have room for your own water bottles/food. Pool was the best and loved using the bikes for a little outing. I hope to come back for a longer stay.

Villa Royale came recommended to me from a friend who stays regularly. Long story short- Villa Royale is amazing! Such a special gem- the property and grounds are lovely, the room was comfortable and chic, the employees are delightful, the pools are gorgeous. It was really a special stay. I loved walking the grounds at night- it was lit so beautifully!

Great place to get away from the kids. Easy to get around to downtown Palm Springs, local shops, restaurants and more. The room was clean and quiet just what we were looking for. Had its own private patio and entrance. The staff was on top of everything, we asked for a few things and they were prompt with delivering it. Drinks and food did not fail. We definitely would come again!!!
