Holiday Parade Get Away
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tranquillo! Location is absolutely perfect for walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 on location is that it is on the corner lot off of a very busy street and there is road noise. We were busy with off property activities during the days but at night we heard traffic whizzing by when we were trying to sleep. (2nd night we closed all the doors to the washroom and bathroom in the Primary bedroom suite and that helped a bit) The house was immaculate on cleanliness and design. We had great communication with our house concierge and property management. There was an issuse with the hot tub not working and the management team was attentive and came out right away to help fix it. We really enjoyed our stay and aside fom the road noise absolutely loved Villa Tranquillo!

Perfect getaway in Palm Springs
This house is amazing and the location perfect to experience Movie Colony and old downtown - all walking distance. Great restaurants, shopping and touring. The layout of the house and backyard are perfect for relaxing and connecting with family yet giving everyone their privacy. Spotlessly clean and stocked with amenities. Gourmet kitchen stocked with EVERYTHING imaginable. Instructions for usage of amenities excellent.

Glam Girl's Getaway!
We LOVED the house! What a great place to relax, sit and visit, inside and outside, and so much space. The house was perfect: clean, well stocked with needed amenities, comfortable beds. We very much enjoyed our stay and were sorry to leave! House was well equipped, and the pool was fantastic. As some reviewers noted, you can hear some of the airport noise but we did not find that to be distracting, and it was well worth it to have such a great location that was walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Fantastic property
Loved everything about it. Location can't be beat, neighborhood is gorgeous, the house is welcoming and well laid-out. Amenities were on point (other than a non-functioning firepit which seems to be the issue at half the VRBOs I've ever used). Pool and hot tub were perfect, lawn and landscape were great, light and bright, great views of the mountains. Would absolutely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous house and property. The check in process was seamless - they were so thoughtful in reaching out to us when the property was ready sooner than the check in time. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen and living room was a lovely setting for our group of friends - we love to cook and relax. The outdoor area was amazing - we definitely made use of the beautiful pool and hot tub. Really couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our friends trip - will be back again!

Nice poolside and cooking vacation
We had a great vacation at this place. It was a very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable property that had pretty much everything that we wanted. The pool was clean and wonderful, and the kitchen was a food preparers dream. Great location for people who like to entertain and cook. Not too far from downtown. Would recommend.

Relaxing Retreat
Our family enjoyed relaxing and connecting together in this lovely vacation home. The kitchen was wonderful for family meals when we stayed in, and the location was perfect when we ventured out. Even in the heat, we were able to enjoy ourselves outdoors in this space with the pool and partially covered patio. We would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful home in Palm Springs
We enjoyed our stay at The Movie Colony house and would definitely use this home again. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO’s and this property was by far the best stocked home we have stayed in. We found everything we needed and much more. Our teenage girls enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The location was just a few minute drive to PS downtown shops and restaurants. You won’t go wrong by renting this property!!
