This is a run down property but the staff is nice, the rooms are clean and the beds are soft. It is also an affordable option in this expensive area.

My biggest complaint is that the vendinf machines dont work so you cant get bottled water on site. Our Direct Tv didnt work, but they were able to get us a better room with a working tv. The wallpaper was peeling in places but otherwise rooms were clean. Decent hotel if you just need a cheap place close to the Shoreline Amphitheater.

The interaction with the staff was good, attentive. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed it. The room was quite and bed was comfortable. but the in-room coffeemaker did not work. The shower was very hot and great shower head! The room met all my needs!
