Good location onsite parking good size unit overall was ok would stay again reception opening hours very inconvenient as i check in late i have to still recheck in following day before 10am as i was here for business very difficult as i have to take time off work to recheck in would suggest a better system to check in

Great for undercover secure parking on one of Perth hottest days. Lovely to cook and prepare own meals and have the use of the indoor pool. Forgot own coffee bags as not a fan of international roast but could buy coffee downstairs in the convenience shop.

We really enjoyed our stay, had heard terrible stories of this place and a certain person however they no longer seem to be there. The staff were amazing and accommodating the place is so central and can walk to the city centre and Elizabeth Quays. Upside was security parking and a full apartment. The apartment itself was clean enough, the toilet and shower fans could have done with a clean and some spills on some walls could have been wiped but other than that very happy.

Starwest not open to let me in with no afterhours
Hi, I tried to check in on Monday evening and tried to contact the afterhours mobile number. It was turned off and I was unable to get thru to anyone via multiple calls, texts, plus contacted the landline and sent emails. No response and I was forced to seek accomodation elsewhere. It was terrible service with no follow up. I would like a full refund for the first night's stay. When I rang the afterhours number in the morning it miraculously worked so telling me there was an issue with the phone company was simply not true. The phone was simply turned off with no duty of care to any customers. Disgusting and deplorable. Then I was asked at 10am, when I had already left at 9am for business to go to the check in desk by 11.30am or they would deactivate my cards to get into the room. Ridiculously rude and aggressive behaviour. I had to give my details over the phone to avoid not being able to get into my room for a second evening. This is absolutely terrible and I will never stay here again. I would like a prompt response and refund or I wont the Hotels.com platform again either Please advise

Bad wifi connection and there is no services from the property front desk despite highlighting to them. Property office reflected that there are not responsible for any booking from expedia. So disappointing with the service level. Understand that usual check-in is after 2pm but office is closed already at 3pm. This is not clearly stated in expedia before booking confirmation. This has created so much inconvience and alarm especially when we arrived in perth only at 5pm.

We have stayed in this property before, but is is now getting a bit shabby. Needs new paint and carpet. There is mold in the bathrooms and the bathrooms need proper exhaust fans. On the other hand, the location is great with enclosed parking, close to the city with free transport almost right outside the door, is quiet enough from outside noise at night.

Upon arrival we were at the scenes with police due to the homeless junks causing a scene. The property has unsafe access to the public at anytime. I was threatened by a junkie on day 2 for money downstairs picking up the food at the lobby. The apartments were not cleaned well. Grease was still on the kitchen stove and oven we didnt use out of disgust. The property was not to the standard advertised. I definitely will not use again. They need to update urgently
