Good location onsite parking good size unit overall was ok would stay again reception opening hours very inconvenient as i check in late i have to still recheck in following day before 10am as i was here for business very difficult as i have to take time off work to recheck in would suggest a better system to check in

The only issue that I have with this property is the very limited reception hours. Reception closes at 12, but check in isn’t until 14.00. Make sure that you check your emails carefully as you will need instructions for late check in even if arriving at 14.00. The front doors will be locked so you will need to navigate your way in via the car park and back door. Appartments are spacious and clean (once you are in!), and red CAT service stops very close by. $250 bond needed which is worth bearing in mind when you book.

Poor check-in and check-out process. As I arrived after hours I was texted a code. Then hassled the next day by phone to check in. On day of leaving I asked to stay 30 mins past the 10am check out time. Rudely told that would cost $15!!! Never had that in many hundreds of stays. Very unreasonable.

Whilst not the most modern hotel out there, it was comfortable, affordable and had all the facilities we needed. We stayed five nights and couldn’t fault the place.

The apartment is very outdated, parking was really hard even though they claim to give you a parking spot, cleaning in weekly basis and its bare minimum, reception also not available at anytime

We have stayed here twice in the last month. The water is lovely and hot. The towels clean and fluffy. Pool is clean. It is an older hotel and the cleanliness is comfortable with limited reception hours but it is an affordable option in East Perth. The air cons work well. Parking is good. Our Four wheel drive fitted in no problems. Easy access to CBD, WACA, and Optus with Red Cat bus tops nearby.

Property was cheap. Just needed a night to crash after NY celebration. 1 bedrrom apartment cost 120. With my credits on expedia it cost 67. Place had no reception. They canned that to cut costs. U need to gain access via the convenience store. Parking was ok and secure. Premises had weird smells throughout. Facilities are very dated but worth it for such cheap rate. Could not get tv to work at all, even though there were instructions. Air con in bedrrom didn't really work even at 16 degrees. Exactly what we wanted, just a place to crash after celebrations. But wouldn't recommend for extended stays

Great for undercover secure parking on one of Perth hottest days. Lovely to cook and prepare own meals and have the use of the indoor pool. Forgot own coffee bags as not a fan of international roast but could buy coffee downstairs in the convenience shop.
