Best designed, most welcoming hotel lobby/lounge restaurant area I have seen in many years. Rooms are much too small: double rooms good for singles, small people, and guests who are physically very flexible.

Most staff were unhelpful and lazy. A couple were exceptional - friendly and accommodating with a simple request. One morning no hot water with no apology. Breakfast staff however offered a free latte and apologised which was were happy with - no hot water was only for about an hour. Very comfortable beds. Very very small rooms.

Cleaner dropped glass in room that obviously smashed and they didn’t clean it up so glass went into my foot . Rooms are also very tiny and the doors slam really loud so as constantly woken up . Otherwise it was ok
