Townhome Vacation Rental is just steps to the ocean. This luxurious and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit has exquisite ocean views from all rooms, but especially from the 4th-floor observation deck. Beach, Pier, and Boardwalk with Shops and Restaurants are nearby.

Living Room has 60" High Definition Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD with surround sound. Wireless internet included. Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ on one of 2 outside decks with panoramic ocean views. Queen bed in each bedroom. Walk-in closet in one bedroom. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Full-Size Washer and Dryer.

Great location, clean and has all your needs
Our family stayed here during a corgi beach day weekend and had a great time. The place is clean and comfortable with great views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you are looking to park in the garage, it will be a real challenge with a mid to large SUV. The drive isle is so small and tight we just ended up parking on the street. If you want to get your steps in, this is the place. You will have to lug your luggage/food/drinks or whatever you bring up a flight of stairs to get into the condo, and then another flight and a half of stairs to get to the living and kitchen area. It was a nice stay, but I would probably find a single story next time. Also, in the description of this unit under Amenities under "Climate" it says heat. They should also add a line item that says " no cooling or air conditioning". The weekend we happen to visit was by all means not typical as temperatures were in the 90's, however it would have been nice to have air conditioning as it didn't cool down until sunset. But overall this is a real nice place.

Great space and views close to DT Pismo
My friends and family greatly enjoyed our stay. Lots of stairs, but the fact that it was so close to downtown and the beach allowed us to just walk to enjoy everything Pismo had to offer. Comfy beds, happy to the two bathrooms.

Ideal location

Beautiful condo right by the beach
Beautiful clean condo with almost everything you need , from washer and dryer to very comfortable beds. Spacious, quiet, we never heard the neighbors which was amazing ( extra insulation in the common wall or empty gap?). Amazing views from every window. Kids loved it. Lots of games, pillows, blankets. Super convenient as it's so close to the beach. Big closets with hangers. Great kitchen for eating in which we did a lot. 2 garages available. We stayed 8 nights, kids wanted to stay longer!

Amazing location, great property
We were here over Christmas. The home was clean and comfortable. We were planning on cooking, the kitchen had all the appliances and cooking utensils we needed. The house has an incredible view. We were walking distance from lots of great restaurants. There's a very convenient beach access. We spent a ton of time hanging out in the dining area, watching the ocean.
