I stayed here in the early 1990s and nothing has changed. Literally nothing has been updated. It’s dirty and grimey, the beds are awful, sheets feel like paper. This was such a disappointment for the price stay anywhere on this street for a better experience.

The room was was an ADA accessible room, so there was laminate flooring rather than carpet. Not a complaint, just different. The bathroom was not entirely clean- hairs in the shower, the conditioner container was un-sticking from the tub/shower wall. Some spots on bars obviously not wiped in recent cleanings. It was noisy on the Saturday night I was there- music playing in the lounge or wherever but loud enough to hear it even though the windows were closed and heavy drapes pulled. Noise travelled easily in the corridors. Also of concern is the fact that the sliding glass door was old and it would probably be pretty easy to break into the room. Our room was facing a green area inside the hotel grounds, at least, and not the parking lot. They had a Keurig for coffee, which was nice, but the offerings were only light roast and decaf. Minor point, but I like my French roast! Still, would stay again (maybe not by myself, though) as rates were good and it was easy enough to get to off of I-5.

The staff was awesome. The Lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Kayle? in the restaurant was a great server, but the whole restaurant staff was great for both dinner and breakfast.

Rooms remodeled, but looks like it was done in a rush, bathroom had dirt in the floor and not the best paint job. It is good if you just need a place to stay, but not for a relaxing get away where you would spend a lot of time in the room

It was ok. The room was meh at best. NO ELEVATOR! For a person who can’t really haul a suitcase up 2 flights of stairs, how can the hotel expect them to occupy the 2nd floor. Not enough towels for 2 people in the room. The ONLY ice machine in the hotel was broken. So I had to try to get ice from the breakfast which is not open on Mondays. The bar/restraurant (3 Shastas) is AMAZING! Food is great! Bartender (Danielle) is great! All in all, after our umteenth stay here, we have decided to try another hotel for our Arizona and home trips.

I loved all the on-site amenities, and the staff was friendly, available, and so great! The location was convenient and quiet, the grounds were well-kept, and the price was right. The linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The facility is definitely showing its age. I didn't go in with high expectations, especially at the price we paid, so I was not disappointed. However, if you need immaculate and refurbished, this is not the place for you.
