Everything was average for the price, except the hallways and stair carpets were very dirty. Nothing amazing, nothing very bad. We weren't able to check in until about six, which was a little irritating after driving for nine hours. We didn't arrive until after 4 and they said we would be able to check in any time after 3.

I parked by the lobby, bright lights. Had 2 bicycles on bike hitch that you can clearly see from the front desk. Next morning, they were gone. Cables cut. This is a sketchy area. Stay at your own risk.

Arlene was amazing . But...we constantly had trouble with the door and it was extremely hard to open. Room 121. Arlene did have someone try to fix it but we continued to have issues with opening the door until we left. On the day that we returned (after repairman was to fix door) the door was actually partly open. The other issue was our room was hardly ever cleaned. On Sunday I was very upset because I explained to Brandy ?? that I had specifically requested the room be cleaned after 11 am. We returned around 5 pm and it still wasn't cleaned. A very nice cleaning person came in and cleaned the bathroom and sink area and gave us new towels and toilet paper. Thank God for towels because one day we had to use washcloths because we had no towels. It was very frustrating to constantly have to ask for towels, toilet paper and coffee pods/ cups. Seriously I don't think I would stay here again.

1 night stay in reddings
There were silver fish bugs in bathroom. Scared it may enter in our clothes or ears. The pillows smelled like smoke. Wife started having allergy reaction. It was just an overnight stay. Please remove powdered creamer as it is carcinogenic.

I have to say, I very much enjoyed how friendly the staff was and how nice the rooms were. I also think that they have a really good breakfast selection. I have no complaints!

The hotel itself is ok, it’s very old and outdated and the pool area was under construction. There were a lot of tweakers in the parking lot makes you feel a little uneasy leaving your car
