Not great . The bed was a thin mattress on a metal frame . The shower just stayed on hot ,you couldn't cool it down . There was hair in the tub . The toilet was from a kids school ,very lower . I slept well and it seemed safe so there is that.Not staying there anytime soon . maybe I got a poor room .

Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the faucet in the bathtub was not working properly. Couldn't adjust the hot & cold as the dial was broken and on "very hot". Unable to shower as a result. Front door was very difficult to open even when the entry card showed "green". Front desk was advised of alk of this.

The staff were great while I was there, friendly and helpful, the parking area is very well lit, but the neighborhood looks a bit rough to me. Also several times when I called the hotel to ask a question before I arrived I got no answer at the property and there was no answering service... made me wonder how they stay in business... The "full free breakfast" was not appetizing and I only ate there once. I don't plan to stay there again.

I expected a lot better based on the reviews. Room stunk, beds had hair and what looked like wet spots when we pulled back the covers. There was hair all over the floor, broken door handles. The refrigerator looked like something from a horror movie. When we went to the front desk the lady was rude and offered nothing to make it right. Then when we called about new sheets she was rude and hung up on us. Overall a terrible experience, highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Stayed 2 nights and felt comfortable in the room. Laminate flooring was decent and the room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was neat and clean on arrival. TV wasn’t set up correctly the screen was stuck in menu mode. Good visit.

Nice lady at the front desk, breakfast was good sausage egg and bagles. I ate two they were so good. Had a 12 ft uhaul behind a full size pickup. She made me park on the street in front when there was plenty of room in the lot. No big deal

From the great reviews I expected more, I guess. It was an older place but with some upgrades. The outdoor plantings needed to be cleaned up and weeds pulled. Parking was tight. The ice machine was in a room with a washer and dryer and you needed a key to access it. There was a leak somewhere and most of the room had standing water in it. There was a wet floor sign but no evidence that anyone was trying to keep the room accessible for guests. The desk employee was polite but just said watch out, it's wet in there. The shower curtain pole was pulling out of the wall. Things like that. But the cleaning staff had done a great job work what they had to work with and we were happy with the cleanliness of our room.
