The young lady at the front was very helpful and kind. However , the stay was horrible. I felt unsafe having my toddlers there. There were crackheads scattered throughout the halls either smoking, arguing or trying to bang. At around 10pm there was loud music being played from inside one of the rooms and they had the door entirely open. As the loud music continued, there was also a loud alarm going off in one of the other rooms for a good 30min. (The kind that rings when you steal something from the store) . The room did smell really good but There was mold in our bathroom. The tub looked really dirty so we didn’t even want to bother taking a shower. We checked in at 7pm and just ended up leaving at around 11pm since we couldn’t even fall asleep from all the noise. We didn’t feel safe and had to constantly be checking outside to make sure nobody was going to break into our car.

The hotel was what I expected for what I paid. I was there three nights, and it seemed that there were “longer term” people who are living there with their dogs (one big that chased me) and kids. Looked to me that Rhea folks were treating it as a low income housing place… my next door neighbor received guests late in the evening a couple times and the guest knocked on my door by accident then the music started pretty loudly until after midnight. There was dog poop by where I parked my car and mounds of trash in the trash cans. They were regularly emptied but I mention that from the pile of pizza boxes and othere fast food containers, it sure does seem groups of people are living there rather than regular guests. Actually felt a little unsafe. If this is a place mandated by the state or county to take in the houseless, it would be good for regular guests to know that before booking and arrival when we have to figure it out on our own.

You get what you pay for that’s for sure. Me and my family booked this hotel. Picturs can be deceiving. It was dirty, the ceilings were insane there was blood and I don’t know what else on the walls. The towels were dirty almost if they were used and refolded. I asked for non smoking and it smelled like cigarettes, I had my two kids with me. Will never book here again. We were in the middle of really bad area. Homeless people and meth addicts. Someone had medical issues in the parking lot there was a fire truck and ambulance, with someone laying on the floor. Never again.

Very rundown motel,. A lot of hoodlums, homeless hanging out, the floor was disturbing, I showered but regretted it the whole time. No one mentioned $100 cash or debit deposit after I had paid the night with my debit card .

There were a lot of random people banging on my door throughout the night. People sitting around my vehicle. The towels were dirty and there was food left in my microwave upon arrival. This property was so horrible I didn’t even stay the entirety of my stay.

We didn’t stay. We checked in and left 20 minutes later. It was horrible. The pictures and amenities listed are not accurate. There was people doing drugs at a table. There was cigarette burns in the comforter. There was no towels in the room. When I went up to the front desk the lobby was locked. She said it was for the staff’s safety. What about the safety of your patrons?
