Once you've jumped off the plane at Haneda Airport and grabbed your bags from the carousel, Roppongi will be a commute of 13 kilometres to the north. From the city's centre, it's 3 kilometres to the southwest.

This city is jam-packed with glorious things to do, and you'll find many of them near Roppongi. It's difficult to choose the leading attractions, but Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Sky Tree are two you won't want to miss. After taking a look at those, you'll want to keep going to the Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Imperial Palace. For a better perspective of this vibrant city as a whole, spend some time in the close-by neighbourhoods of Azabu and Akasaka.
