We arrived very late for check in after an 6 hour drive and ready to go to sleep and they gave us a room that was under construction with no electricity. We went back to the main desk where they told us to wait “5 minutes” because he didn’t believe us and went to check. Well we ended up waiting in the living room for more than 1hour and a half because they didn’t have a clean room available And needed to clean it. Finally close to 2am we got a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed not the original 2 beds we had booked. Needless to say we were uncomfortable but at this point we just wanted to sleep as we had a long day ahead. We were tired and exhausted the next day. The maids and cleaning staff were very friendly. The front desk and the cafe Starbucks staff were not. Horrible experience. We will be visiting the area often but we will make sure to avoid this place!

I was given the wrong information about how often the airport shuttle runs the night before we arrived. When I called, from the airport, I was told it's a complimentary shuttle so we had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up because someone was at lunch. The shuttle is a small minivan that was difficult for my husband to get in and out of. Upgrade your van. Would not recommend if you have mobility issues. All that being said the drivers were very nice. The lobby bar and bistro was also pretty good.

The room was beat up and looked like a storage closet. The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not entirely clean and beat up looking. I booked through Orbitz and it seemed there was breakfast for 2 included. Nothing but a deserted Starbucks type counter. There was no complimentary coffee outside the room and NO WI FI. To advertise this as a competitive and comfortable accommodation is fraudulent. The management seemed very shady. There is also a $10 parking fee we are not told about until check out. Checking in required a $250 deposit. When we turned on the air, the heat came on. There is something fishy going on here. They are charging over $200 a night for this. I'm surprised there was toilet paper.

Called to notify the hotel that I'd be checking in late, which they said was ok. When my wife and I arrived at the property at 4am with our infant after a 7 hour drive, they said they gave my room away. They wouldn't refund or cancel our room so that we could go find another room at a different hotel because they're "holding" a room for us which would be ready until 8am, maybe. So I had to go to another hotel and still get charged here. I'll be disputing the charge.
