Great place to stay. Friendly Staff, very accommodating check in. Easy access to freeway and the value is very good. Complimentary breakfast is always extremely good when compared to competition. This is my go-to spot when in Sacramento for business.

Rude Front Desk Employee
I travel to Sacramento every month for work and I CHOOSE to stay at this hotel. I always have a great experience here but I have dealt with Liz at the front desk 2 times now and she is always so rude to me. The last time I checked out I was not greeted, acknowledged or even looked in the eyes. She was taking to another worked who was the one who actually acknowledged me and he did not work at the front seat. She was so rushed and acted as though I was bothering her. I really like this hotel and will continue to stay here as long as the situation with this employee improves other than that everything else and all of the other staff was great.

Getting the Wi-Fi connected was a pain in the ass. The instructions at the front desk when checking in were not accurate. They provided a toll-free number to their vendor who figured it out for me, but why should I have to do that? I do this all the time And the Marriott simply made it complicated and hard to deal with. Other than that, the hotels is fine.

Good hotel, additional expenses for paid parking and deposit for the room 10 250$. The windows in the room did not open, the curtains could not be closed completely, the smell of chemicals after cleaning was quite strong and unpleasant. The bathroom and bed are clean. The breakfast area is small, about 6-7 tables.

Comfortable with great breakfast!
The staff was very friendly, especially the woman in the breakfast area. I appreciated the variety of options for breakfast, including acknowledging the need to accommodate dietary restrict, however, you can tell the bathroom is beginning to show signs of being older.

Location is great! Staff is great! Train is loud, Tv didn't always turn on, electric went out, smells like mold and the vent fan in bathroom kept making random noises while it was off..
