Checked in and noticed I was charged twice as much as I was supposed to pay, questioned as to why and the first guy said he didn’t know because it should have been only half of that. Then the manager took over and said again it should’ve only been the lower charge, but then backtracked and tried saying the other guys English is bad and that he never said that lower amount. Then the second day I was charged again the full price of the rooms (I was the 4th person that I saw with this issue). They said it was an accident and shouldn’t have been charged, but still hadn’t fixed it. The room had roaches, rat poop on the walls, stains on the bedding, not cleaned, had trash on the floor, no hot water and half of a curtain so people could see in and as soon as the sun comes up, so do you. Highly disappointed and the amount charged was price gouging to the maximum! Never will I stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.

If you’re going to a festival at discovery Park, I do not recommend this place even though it’s super close. There was blood stains on the walls, cold water all four nights, weird stains on the bed, homeless/litter everywhere and after staying there for four nights ,on my final night .. the folks in the front desk tried to charge me $20 per night for parking ( total of $100,. EVEN THO THEY GAVE ME A SLIP OF PAPER DURING CHECK IN THAT SAYS FREE PARKING FOR YOUR WHOLE STAY) total scam. Had to call my bank to decline that $100 parking fee. Never staying here again. Was very close to suing but not worth my time. Hope you guys find this review helpful & lol at these rates, not even Vegas you guys. Jesus.

Don't do early check in or pre registration they will pull extra money out of your checking or credit account. There were tweakers in and out of the area. Towels and blankets were stained.
