Our room had dirty towels hanging from the shower curtain when we first arrived. I was not told at check-in room service was a request only basis and nobody cleaned our room throughout our 2 night stay. Our smoke detector was Chirping at 3 AM. I told the front desk that our smoke detector was making noise that morning, they were going to send somebody up to fix it. We left for the day for 8 hours and nobody had came to fix the smoke detector. Front desk staff was also on their phones the entire interaction looking at instagram. The entire hotel had a bad smell like a nursing home and the floors were disgusting. It was obvious nobody working there really cared or took pride in their job. I will never stay there again.

Place was fine, clean. Check in clerk very nice, but .. the bedside lamp made scary crackling noises. I stopped at desk to let them know but clerk wasn't there. I told a service employee she shrugged and walked away. I sent a message though the corporate website but didn't get a reply. I would definitely caution about this hotel given the lack of care there seemed to be for this hazardous situation.

Have stayed here many times over the years. The thing that stands out is the horrible breakfast. It used to be really good. Now, it’s just packaged, processed junk. Many other similar hotels offer a much better breakfast. Considering staying elsewhere in the future.

Nice property, but some things not in working condition, maid did not clean room for second stay although did not get a discounted rate for longer stay. Do not reprovision food in fridge during breakfast. Hope some one from Expedia contacts me about further complaints.
