We stayed for 3 days and 4 nights to attend a funeral. The room wasn’t ready on time due to staffing so we had to wait 40 minutes after traveling since 4 am. There was pretty much zero housekeeping, we had to walk to the front desk to receive any extra towels & we kept the same sheets from day one. The trash can wasn’t labeled & tiny so we weren’t entirely sure what we could put in it. The location was close to shopping and grocery but a bit away from the airport with traffic included. The front desk staff was friendly. Parking was ok. The suite was clean and well decorated, plenty of space for 3 people to stay in.

Disappointed - Looks new on the outside but ...
I was disappointed by my stay. My reserved room choice wasn't available so I was reassigned to an ADA room. Because this was an ADA room, it had lower countertops and sinks, bars in the shower, etc - somewhat inconvenient. This room felt old - with stained furniture, dirty carpet, and an uncomfortable bed. Also, service was lacking. I asked for cleaning service on my 2nd day but room attendant never cleaned the room. I called the front desk but housekeeping had already left for the day. I requested to get replacement towels. With only one front desk attendant, she couldn't leave to bring the towels so I had to fetch the towels from the front desk.

There is some construction at the entrance but otherwise in good condition. Pullout bed had an extremely worn mattress but the king bed was very comfortable. Mini kitchen would be very useful for a longer stay. Would recommend hotel in future!
