Modern boutique hotel in Gas Lamp. Staff were great and rooms were clean and nice. The hotel borders a slightly sketchy street with a lot of vagrants - but they do a good job of keeping them away from the guests.

The lobby was stylish and intimate, with a bar, lounge, great lighting and hip decor. The entire staff was friendly and we received great service. With a restaurant, pool, and rooftop lounge this place was perfect!

Resort fee is high for little to no amenities. Lights we're not working in bathroom and never fixed (one under mirror). Bed light wasn't working but it was fixed quickly. TV is not even smart, no casting capability. Mini fridge was loud and air conditioning was so loud it hissed the entire it was on cause the doors aren't sealed properly. Bathroom shower basically showering the dark with one small bulb, poor design, can't even lay a towel on the floor in front of the shower door, so it's a risk of falling. They had robe but no slippers in room.

Such a beautiful hotel! Close to everything in gaslamp and little Italy! Staff was incredible and rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Loved it here and will definitely be back!

Our new favorite hotel in SD. Easy check in and check out. Rooms were spacious, clean and with a great view. Staff members were extremely friendly, starting with the valet employees when we first arrived at the hotel. We would definitely return. Also, loved the artwork and decor of the room.
