The staff here were very helpful and kind, however anyone in the public had access to the hall our room was in which made us feel a little unsafe. We always check mattresses and things first thing when we get to a hotel so when we checked there were a lot of stains. The room looked clean but there was a strange smell. We could not sleep because we could hear people yelling and arguing somewhere in the motel till about 4 am and the staff did nothing about it.

My family of six recently stayed in a suite with three beds. Our overall experience was okay. However, there were a few issues we encountered. The air conditioning did not extend throughout the room, leaving the third bed, which was in its own separate area without a door, without proper cooling. Additionally, the quality of the sheets and pillows was not satisfactory. We also found that the initial supply of toilet paper and towels was insufficient for our four-night stay, and we had to request additional supplies. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, but it was convenient to have places to eat and shop nearby.

ThE front desk did not let me check in bcuz I book with Expedia a room with them and it says 50 deposit well I didn't know it had to be card so he did not let us book in bcuz not the same that I book the room with I use my debit card app which has no card and book online I went purchase one prepaid and he still did not let us check in pluus I ask for the reservation to he cancel and he printed a receipt out which piss me off with a folio account smh

Rooms are outdated and smelly. Had a couple yelling down the hall from where we were staying and had to go out to the front office to let them know because they would not answer their phone. Luckily, they did ask the couple to stop yelling and they did.
