Checked in after a 20hr drive about 7:30pm only to be woken up by kids above us jumping and running back and forth for hrs, called front desk and was advised no one on staff that can go check and ask the to keep noise down, not something I appreciate when coming from so far and the amount we paid to stay and get a restful night of sleep

I have been staying at this hotel for many years. Love the property? The rooms are big and comfortable and totally walkable for Old Town and all the restaurants, bars and morning coffee shops.

Love this property! Conveniently close to Old Town and their wonderful restaurants and very affordable. Rooms are dated, but clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Properly is beautifully landscaped and kept clean. We stay here a couple times per year just for a quick getaway.

It all started at check in, I booked this room through Expedia, then we had some friends that wanted join us so I booked theirs from the hotel itself. They received a bigger room with better amenities. They treated Expedia clients like red headed step children. I will book through the hotel next time. Lesson learned.
