The hotel is right in the heart of Old Town. Wasn't too noisy but you could hear Trolley's pass by and occasional music during the day. Near everything you would need from restaurants, haunted houses, historical sites, shops, artist vendors, and more! The staff was great! Very sweet and professional.

We primarily stayed here to capitalize on the free shuttle to the airport. It was a one night stay for an early flight. The shuttle was out of service the night we arrived due to malfunctioning headlights, but they assured us it would be working by the first shuttle of the morning (6:30am). It wasn’t, but the poor shuttle driver wasn’t to blame. The desk staff never should have made such a promise. Also the property is super sprawling with tons of stairs (which is fine, but important to know) and very old and in a but of a sorry state ( imagine touch up paint that’s not the same color as the wall it’s on). All things considered, it seemed fairly clean and we were there barely 12 hours, but it’s not an 8.7 or whatever the current standings indicate.

Great place to stay for this area

Only spent one night here but I have no complaints. Room was bigger than I expected. Love the look of the place, it's not generic and fits in with the theme of the area. Can't think of a better place to stay if you want to conveniently visit this area of town. Definitely have a meal at the Casa de Reyes in Old Town.
