Hi my name Is Giovanni Diaz. I stayed at the Best Western 7seas in san diego 8/17/2024 at room 108 second floor. Our stay was good till we had to bathe for our evening event. We noticed there was no HOT water at all. My wife was extremely disappointed as she couldn't shower due to the extreme cold water. We notified front desk and they said they'll notify someone. No one ever came and I also brought it up when I checked out and they just said (WOW). It's a really big inconvenience for me to stay in a location where there is no hot water running for my room. It was a big disappointment that staff disregarded my issue. I will take into account in any future stays at any of the Best Western locations based on our stay.

half of the rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. this is a motel not a hotel. the rooms are small and drinking the unchilled bottles of water in the room will cost you $3.50 each. i have stayed at other best westerns and liked them. this place is sad.

Pros: Location & Cost Great location and price. Parking is included and they have a restaurant on site. Staff was friendly and gave us partial refund for the encounters we had. Cons: Stained Sheets & Faulty Hairdryer just as I walked into our room, we immediately noticed that there were yellow stains on the bedsheets (presumably urine stains). Without a problem or hesitation the staff switched rooms for us. My friend washed her hair in the morning and was not able to dry her hair. The blow dryer started blowing sparks and turned entire red. We called to ask for a new dryer but were told Mai fence would arrive after 7:30 am. We had to leave before then. I overall recommend this hotel because staff is friendly and the location and price are great. Just be mindful of the room so you can ask for help if needed.

The motel looks beat down . The room feels partially clean and the bathroom was half cleaned. There was still women’s hair in the tub . The rooms need to be upgraded they are old and doesn’t feel clean.
