On arrival we could not get into our room as the cable was being updated and we had to wait several minutes in the hallway. Leaving this aside, the room was very comfortable, and the location was great, close to Shelter Island and we were able to walk to several bars and restaurants.

An overall pleasant experience. Plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. The harbor front walk across the street makes for a good walking space. Within 10 or so minutes from several of the trolley stops. The staff was super nice and helpful as well.
