This was a wonderful stay with my kids for our pre holiday trip! Front staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent! Parking was super convenient and free. I would absolutely stay here again. Our room had a balcony facing the harbor that was all lit up for Christmas.

Accessible room reserved not available, moved to 3rd floor end of hall after being told it was by elevator. Sheets dirty, moved 2nd day to accessible room and my daughter found bedbug in bathroom. Mgr nonchalant didn't even come check room. I left due to continual issues. They said they would refund stay. They refunded $5 of a $320 stay with so many issues including no hat water in the entire hotel!!! Worst stay ever and I used to travel for a living. Deserves serious follow up and to be accountable for this series of continual failures and refunding $5. Just so flippant and un apologetic. I won't just let this go.

I had a really nice stay at the Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the property was clean. Breakfast was top-notch and definitely a highlight of the stay. A few small things could be improved. The shower water pressure was pretty low, and the toilet was very low, which isn’t ideal for taller guests like myself (I’m 6 ft). Also, the 4th-floor vending machine didn’t work. I was later told the vending machines aren’t the hotel’s responsibility, but since it was mentioned at check-in, it would’ve been helpful to know it was out of order so we didn’t have to go downstairs for a working one. Overall, it was a good stay, and I’d consider staying here again.
