The pros for this hotel are its excellent hot buffet breakfast, the best included breakfast I’ve ever had in hundreds of hotels i stayed at. The beds were comfortable, and good location with many restaurants within walking distance. On the other hand, the sink and vanity area were so tiny you couldnt put anything on it. My toiletries kept falling off every morning and many of them broke. There was no room to do anything at the sink but wash your face and brush your teeth. Worst of all was the so-called wifi. They keep changing the password every other day and dont bother to tell their guests. And it’s not hi speed for sure. I couldn't get any wifi the whole time i was there.

Would recommend if it’s cheap

For a cheap hotel room, it was a great experience. The hotel is in a great location right across from the harbor and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, and coffee shops. The common areas were all nice enough, the pool was clean and well kept, the breakfast had lots of options and was pretty good, parking was easy. The only issues were 1) the accessible shower where the tile wasn’t set up to drain enough in a downhill direction and thus required a bunch of towels to prevent the rest of the bathroom from getting wet and 2 the hot tub in the pool area had broken jets.

The property is convenient to the yacht. Parking is tight but ok. The rooms are dated, but the beds were comfortable. It’s a little pricey for what you get.

When we arrived we were early and the manger stated no problem. When it’s ready I will give you a room with a city view. The rm we got viewed the parking lot. 1st rm they gave us had a serious leak in the bathroom. So they moved us. 2nd room had a toilet problem. That got fixed but this rm sees the entire parking lot. I thought for sure they would compensate us for the inconvience and our pain of having to move rooms, and sadness of not having a better rm. they said compensation would come from Expedia.

The location by the harbour is great for a walk, but away from the main sights. The hotel is old and in need of renovation, the balcony doors provide no soundproofing to the road or airport outside. The rooms were clean but cramped. The bed was comfortable. There is no in room safe but a safe deposit box is available on request at reception. "The fitness centre" is a treadmill, elliptical, a broken bench and assorted dumbbells under 50lbs. There was a small pool but it was well used when we were there so didn't go in. Staff overall were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a rotation of hot food daily.

Our stay was okay, nothing grand. Used the pool with my little ones, they loved it. Breakfast was not the greatest. Breakfast area is too small. The hotel was nice and quiet, we were able to sleep well.

We checked in around 5pm, and we got a handicap room on the 1st floor prior to 2 weeks ahead of time reservation, and we were told it’s a first come first serve hotel. Bathroom was horrible, pool was filthy, breakfast terrible, staff cooperation was disappointing. Kudos to the photographer for posting beautiful pictures on line :((((
