Dirty not prepared for guests
Upon Arrival house was dirty, floors sicky and sandy, blinds broken, stains on sills and couch pillows, Pullout couch full of dirt, trash and old masks, comforter smelled like cat pee and we did not bring a pet, old food on dishes in the cupboard, light bulbs burnt out in ceiling fixture of most rooms, trash and dirt under beds that was not ours, desk chair broken which was needed to work, no ironing board, laundry basket broken, upstairs patio furniture dirty, old and not usable so we stayed out of it, unlocking garage for a small single car. Shared laundry, garage, and picnic table with another rental family above garage. Parking was a big challenge as we had several cars and had to move the cars every day multiple times of the day due to lack of spots, mission beach street street sweeping 4 mornings per week and Belmont Park parking closes at 10pm. Sometimes walking 1/2 mile or more at night back to rental. Would not rent again.
