We found dead cockroach in our room, plus i couldn’t sleep all night long because our room was in the first floor and we had drunk people singing and lounging loudly. Will not recommend this place
The hotel was located in a convenient area and was walkable to several restaurants and bars. The parking was located near the building and wasn’t too far from the entrance which is nice. Check in was easy and staff was nice. There’s only one elevator which was okay since it wasn’t super busy. There’s cameras in the hallway so that was nice to see. The first time entering the room it appeared clean until further inspection. It was slightly warm in the room so we decided to try out the window AC unit. First glance, the AC was old and outdated. Turned it on and it smelled of MOLD. Immediately turned it off. Used the flashlights on our phones and the inside of the AC was COVERED in black mold and dust.The bottom of the tub looked like it had dried blood that hadn’t been cleaned up. We were unable to tell staff to move rooms because at check in, I had mentioned being interested in a possible room upgrade but was told we wouldn’t be able to due to the hotel being fully booked out. We stayed for one night and there weren’t very many last minute options in the area so we just didn’t touch it. The price you pay is definitely because of the location, not because of the quality you receive. It’s decent for a one night stay and gives you a roof over your head but I don’t recommend. We won’t be staying here again.
It was a good deal. Perfect location with the best rate in the area. The only thing I dislike was the air conditioner. It had a small window unit that are very noisy and inefficient.

Really an old hotel. Sink isn't in the bathroom it's actually in the room. It was clean and the staff was nice with one exception. Do not stay in a room facing G street it's way too noisy.
