For it being a motel, I honestly had no real complaints about my room. Amenities were up-to-date/modern, the bed was comfortable, A/C was blowing perfectly in that hot San Diego weather. However, there were some strands of hair on the bed when we checked in which was off putting. Also, there was a huge spider in the bathroom that disappeared before I could try and let it out the window or even kill it so for all I know, it could probably still be somewhere in that room. Anyway, the older gentlemen who checked me in when I finally arrived after midnight was so kind for giving us cookies & thanking us for staying with them, and the area was not that bad. I love how close it was to everything I needed, and there was even a 24-hour deli right next door. Although, I will say the parking lots are a bit too small for my liking. I rented a Ford Bronco and we could barely fit through the lots. Unfortunately, I didn’t try any of the complimentary breakfast since I never woke up on time so I can’t comment on that. Overall, I’ll give everything a 3.5/4

Microwave was broken, light in closet was out and the hanger in the closet was falling off the wall. Room was also between the food prep room and the laundry room so it was loud in the morning.

Excellent pool. Friendly staff, gave plenty of useful pointers. Overall, pretty quiet and not awfully busy. Breakfast: good variety and healthy options as well. The only minus: no fitness center. But the pool well compensated for that.

Clean and quiet room for a very weary traveler, who was arriving at 1AM. MY RESERVATION WAS QUICKLY CONFIRMED and I stepped down to a welcoming environment. The the linens were so soft, very high quality.And welcoming to this very, very exhausted body. Breakfast was adequate and restocked continuously. As I am a yogurt and cranberry juice for breakfast person. So not a good judge on breakfast. High quality yogurt and not watered down juice i was happy. Plenty of parking and close to the room. The bathing products were of good quality as were the hair products. I would stay again as it was close to everywhere.I was trying to go. I actually left two items.I called late in the afternoon, and they were there.I swung by before going to the airport and they were handed to me by the manager on duty.And I was on my way to the airport. Definitely I would stay again.

Check in was easy and quick. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but the staff were very attentive to keeping things replaced and clean. There are other restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. We stayed here the night before our cruise ship left. It is an older hotel, but we had no complaints.

Convenient location for our business trip. Bed was comfy, quiet at night, and the hot breakfast was a nice bonus. Only downside was the bathroom—no exhaust fan and water leaks from the shower causing the door to warp.
