Don't be fool by the pictures! If your looking for a nice place near the beach with a good view, as the pictures show, this is not the place. It does have a patio that looks towards the beach, but unless you are 7 foot tall, you can't see anything.
The room was generally clean, the bed and floor, but the whole thing smelled of mildew. Luckily we had some Lysol available to help cover that up. The bathroom however, was not very clean at all. There were cobwebs in the corners and a layer of shower scum that looks to have been there for a bit. The floor was clean, but that is only because this was an ADA room with a roll in shower that would flood the entire bathroom. The sloped tiles that they use to be ADA compliant did not at all keep the water in. The water was hot but the shower head did not adjust but for 1 other setting, and both felt like some sort medieval torture for death by shower needles. The bed was decently comfortable. I hope the red finger prints on the door were from makeup and not someone's blood.
The breakfast room was tiny and didn't fit many people, but as that was free with the room, we weren't too concerned. Mostly we just popped in for coffee, as the in room coffee pot didn't work, but is normal.
If you are just looking for a place to lay your head, that is generally close and within walking distance to the beach, this will suffice. But just don't expect too much.
