Cleanliness was great overall except weird splotches of something on the ceiling. One had a hair hanging down. I removed it but there may be more. Ither than that we loved staying there. Bed super comfortable!!

The room was spacious but the AC was more of a fan and felt so stuffy every time we entered. We would have to leave the windows open and that would not help. It was convenient having a mini fridge and microwave but the AC was a huge problem, it felt more of a fan than an AC.

This hotel has the perfect location! But that’s about it. If you plan to sleep here.. don’t plan on it. These beds are ROCKS! And for over $200 a night I shouldn’t be sleeping on a box. And I’m not saying a little hard.. me and my friend left with back aches and shoulder aches. The room had fleas which bit us throughout our stay. If they fix the bed situation I’d MAYBE go again. Otherwise it’s an easy pass. Way too many hotels around that I’m sure are loads better.

This place was pretty good. Our room was smaller than expected. Check in was easy. However I had hurt my knee and she acknowledge my hurt and still placed us on the second floor. The view of the pier was awesome. Not loud at all considering it’s by the air port. The only complaint I would have is housekeeping never changed out our towels or took out the garbage even after requesting clean towels and removal of garbage. We stayed for 4 nights.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It looks nothing like the pictures. Do not stay here. We stayed one night and canceled the rest of our trip. Toilet was broken, it smelled and was filthy. Beware of the other reviews that say it’s ok. It’s not!

Not what we had expected.
The room we stayed in was pretty run down. There was a 3/4” gap between the door and ground threshold that led to the outside area/parking lot, as well as a visible gap around the rest of the perimeter of the door. The shampoo and conditioner bottles looked like they were refilled after having been previously used. The air conditioner didn’t adequately cool the room unless the bathroom door was closed and we put a towel by the outside door to cover the gap. There were USB plugs on each side of the bed, but they were all damaged and unusable. The TV remote would power on and off, the volume buttons worked, but no matter how much you tried, the other buttons didn’t work. It was stuck on one channel only. The breakfast was like a standard breakfast you’d find at most hotels that offer free breakfast. The breakfast room is kind of small, so I could see how it might get crowded. The front desk staff was really nice and friendly. They say you get what you pay for, since this was a cheap hotel, but I’d almost say we overpaid for what we got.

I loved the size of the TV. The AC had a remote which was super convenient. Went to downtown few times and had to fight traffic even though it was only like a mile away but worth the price. Breakfast was also really good. Had a drunk neighbor that kept talking to me but thats minor and has no hotel relation. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Staff was fantastic! Carlos was fabulous and knowledgeable! Room was good. Don’t get a room with an adjoining door because you hear the next room over ( our neighbors were loud and one night there was a barking dog). Really convenient location close to harbor and a short trip to beaches and downtown.

It's a good hotel for one night but there's really no privacy as the window coverings let you see in and the bathroom window faces the hallway where everyone walks. Hygiene isn't that good and in fact one of my towels was stained with something orange.
