I arrived several hours early and the staff was kind enough to allow me to check in early which I really appreciated because I was exhausted from a long range fishing trip. As usual the room was exceptionally clean. No issues. A big plus for me is that there is always good coffee in the lobby. They use an insulated dispenser so the coffee always tastes great. They also offer a very nice breakfast with a wide variety of items. The Comfort Inn is my new go to hotel whenever I am in Point Loma, which is several times per year.

The room smelled of heavy chemicals to hide odors. Not good for people that had COVID in the past. The room was really small, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the hotel is on a really busy and noisy street.

Run down getto motel. Room had a strong disinfectant smell. I was trying a get some quick sleep but the housekeeping staffs shouting outside made it impossible. Ledt the place more tired than came in. Stayaway!

Short walk to the Harbor Walk and eateries. Parking may be challenging. The pool deck and pool were clean and inviting. Busy street, there will be noise.

Parking lot was full and extremely tight. Rooms are small. No real ventilation; other than propping the bathroom window open. There was an AC. But no actual circulation so it made the room stuffy. Definitely on the older side. It was clean otherwise. King matttess felt like a sofa bed mattress (thin) with a mattress pad on top. I would definitely check other options next time.
