I have stayed many times here and the staff is amazing with one exception the night guy from 11 to 7am not so friendly. Turned in my key this morning 6:30 am and he is very short curt and just rude. More interested in chatting with another employee or listening to his movie. I usually juat leave my key in the room but knowing this is a busy weekend with the holiday i wanted to leavw at the desk. ALL the other staff is wonderful it was nice to have different yogurt this time for breakfast as i don't like strawberry. Love this property

Refund the days not used
I checked in on 12/8 and planned checkout on 12/21 in my booking. In the meantime I need to check out earlier than the planned due to business. So I went to front desk to ask if I can get refund if I leave days earlier than plan. after getting the answer "yes", I checked out the next day (12/15), and the front desk gentleman said the same "yes" that I can get the refund for the rest of the days not used. and he told me that I can ask for the refund to Hotels.com because I booked the Comfort Inn thru Hotels.com. Then I talked to Hotels.com for the refund. Hotels.com they need to talk with the Comfort Inn manager. five days later, Hotels.com told me that the manager does not give me the refund. I'm trying to talk to the manager for my refund, will escalate if the manager cannot give me refund.

Worst stay ever
The room was filthy, stain carpet, the bathroom bathtub didn’t drain as we were taking a bath. they refused to change our room even though I told them I was getting bad allergies at night and couldn’t sleep, they would say they were booked and we saw there were rooms available, they even told me to go somewhere else, very rude and the free breakfast was so bad that we rather pay to eat somewhere else. It is not worth it
this is under the air conditioning, very dirty and smells bad
The window wouldn’t close well it was damaged
