The desk guy needs to smile more and maybe be a little more friendly. The room was extremely hot when when I walked in and took a half hour for it to be comfortable. That’s the last thing I want to do when I’ve stopped traveling and want to wind down…

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and staff were very welcoming. They have a big pool open till late and many places to eat that are a couple minutes away from the hotel. We would definitely come back again.

The hotel itself was not that bad. There are only a few things that needed to be addressed in terms of comfort. We are a family of five traveling with two infants and a 7 year old. So first, the room didn’t come with enough towels. There was no microwave in the room. The room lacked adequate storage. I’m not sure if all of the rooms were outdated but ours was. Personally I feel it was not worth the $300+ a night stay with the lack of amenities it had.

It was a good visit just had to wait in a long line even after booking online to get into our rooms. They told me they'll call us as soon as the room is ready but never did and we had to stand in line again but once we got the room it was great, amazing rooms
