Hotel was beautiful and in a good location but the hotel doesn't have parking and they will charge you $65 each night for valet parking! This is too high and we didn't expect that. In the hallway in 4th floor (where we had room) we saw a dead cockroach! and some hair in our towels and in bath top and around sink. In general cleanliness was not too bad. but I don't think I would come back again.

Lovely staff and facility. They take hospitality to a new level. I enjoyed every minute of my stay enjoying Christmas with my family who traveled in from the east coast for a holiday work event. My trip and experience was unforgettable.
Check-in was quick and staff made us feel special. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We also liked the location and everything was in walking distance.
I appreciate that free bottled water is offered at the front desk. However, on one occasion, I was unable to receive one as the front desk mentioned they had run out of water. It would be great if the supply could be managed more effectively to ensure availability throughout the day.
