Upon arrival the washroom light fixture was broken. We had to call help desk to send someone to fix it. The mattress and pillows were supper low quality and caused lots of discomfort over night. I noticed a couple of fairly large ant in shower welcomed me to take a shower. The shower did not have a multi function drain. When opening water you had to stay under super cold water coming down from shower head until water get warm ( very convenient :() The room size was overall good and staff were friendly. Also get ready to pay for parking separately and a bunch of other innovative room charges added to your bill. Will not return to this hotel if I visit this city again. Will not return
