The outward appearance of the building was a bit rundown, but the room had clearly been updated, as it was lovely and clean. The staff was friendly, and it was quiet and comfortable.

Garrasses me for a late check out. Continued to bang on my door before 11 am check out, and used key cards to open the door. I’ve since filed a report with cooperate. Very unfortunate.

The room is ancient and dirty, the bathroom is terrible, and the parking space is narrow. The furniture looks like it was taken from the garbage. Never will stay again.

This is a dated facility. My room smelled like bleach. The lights in the bathroom area had a motion sensor that kept turning the lights on at night interrupting my sleep. The only good about the property is that it in downtown San Diego.👎 One and a half stars.

Pathetic condition & run by bunch of cheaters!
I stayed there with family. Its was such a nightmare. The morning , we realized that there is no hot water coming, we called the reception and they said that they know the issue and nothing can be done . As i had two days of stay, i went to reception and they said that they will give 25% discount in my bill if i choose to stay the second day. It tough to find another hotel in such shirt time so i continued stay. During checkout the front desk told me that they will give refund after 1 week but no refund came . I am not sure how many more people were cheated like this as there were many people who were complaining . The hotel condition itself was so bad, like bathroom locks was broken, Second day, there was a theft also in the hotel as there was cop in the lobby and investigating the issue so i would advise to say away from this.

The window didnt lock someone entered room and nobody knew anything and front desk girl with long nail so rude unprofessional and bad language. No mgt to handle the situation. No apology and never got an answer to the problem. And a maintenance man comes knocking at doors to wake up guests. Ridiculous. High priced for the hotel. Curtains dont close anybody can see inside. Ac not cold :( try a different hotel

Terrible Hotel
They sold our room to someone else using the excuse that they didn't have cleaners show up to clean the rooms. Never have I had a hotel not have a room available when it was pre-booked.

I guess you get what you paid for. Staff was polite. Place was fairly close to Petco which was convenient but area is very sketchy. Room was clean. The beds were not great. Squeaked very loudly everytime you moved. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything around and above you. It was very noisy all night. We heard people yelling outside up to 2am. Between the squeaky bed, noise outside and constant rumbling from above, we didn't get have a good night sleep at all. There is no breakfast room. We got a boxed breakfast, which wasn't too bad (pastry, juice, orange and cheese). Overall, not what I'd expect from a Wyndham property.
