The room was very cold in the early morning, 2~6am. We call the front desk. At first, they provided another room. However, the other room was still cold. So they could not do anything; they just gave us two more blankets.

Our room developed a roof leak from a rainstorm.and when we asked to move to another room the registration staff wanted us to stay in our room and send up engineering which would not be of any help as water was dripping rapidly down onto the carpet.We insisted on being re-located into a different room and the way the registration handled that was to send up new keys to a new room by an outside security staff member with no instructions as to where the location of the new room was, or any assit to help move our belongings. Further no apologies/or compensation of some sort was offered. Possibly a breakfast or lunch for the inconvenience of awaking to a leaking ceiling and moving in the dark from an inside hallway to an outside pathway 3 BUILDINGS AWAY IN THE RAIN AND IN OUR PAJAMAS.

Great location and fair pricing. I just don't get why these hotels in the San Diego "Hotel Circle" a courtesy water bottle welcoming guests in their rooms, something so cheap but so symbolic and valued by customers.

Nice average rooms ,the tv is kinda thick and small but your not really at a hotel for the tv . The internet is a bit wonky and wont let certain video game consoles connect .also because its a older building the dust is unavoidable

I payed for my parking at the time of my checkin. At this time a staff member told me people were having trouble when leaving the parking lot area, passing through gate. When I left I was prompted to scan my receipt. I did this and was told I owed 29 dollars after I had already paid 24 at the front desk. I spoke to the Christie and told her of my issue. She told me to take it up w Ace Parking which manages the lot for some ungodly reason. She was very thick headed and would nit listen to reason. Hard to believe she was the face of hotel. I asked for number of ace parking lot but what she gave me was disconnected. I also asked to speak w manager and never received a call back. When a customer is complaining how do u not believe what he tells you. She assured me a staff member showed how to enter and leave gate. Which did nit happen. I think they went a little to low on the foood chain for this hire

I don’t appreciate not being aware of being charged $25/per night for parking my car. I did not see the charge when purchasing via Expedia. Thus, I won't use Expedia nor ever going to this hotel again.!

Room very dated. Bathroom tub shower with curtain, again very dated. Bed comfortable. Very noisy next to highway. Good maid staff, room very clean despite dated interior. Paid for premium room, but given room facing freeway instead of facing pool. First person at check in rude, remaining staff friendly. Attended event, very nice and good food. Event facilities clearly where money is made. Nice facilities for events and good staffing. Hotel room very sub par. Pricing is on very low side for San Diego, but I would not stay here again.
