Had a really terrible experience at check in, the front desk clerk (Ruth) was extremely rude, she scoffed multiple times over every little thing. At check out I asked for a way to speak to a manager or leave a comment on the experience and was just told “I will see to it” nothing written down or anything

Room was very clean, beds were uncomfortable imo and we didn't have water pressure to shower in the morning, nor could we flush the toilet. The front desk staff apologized but didn't remedy the situation at all.

Parking outside was not great. The spots are not clearly marked and other guests took up two spots, limiting the total available parking. Additionally, the spots were very narrow. The underground parking was good but could not accommodate most vehicles as the entrance is very low. The gym was clean but lacking in maintenance to the cable machine. Needs servicing asap.

The property itself was really nice. Is a great location. Staff are great. Nice pool and clean. However beds were super uncomfortable and quiet thing was the AC unit when it kicked on sounded line a plane was taking off in the bedroom. It was so loud itv was impossible to sleep. That might be the worst night sleep I’ve ever had in my life 😞

Meh property, ok location, super friendly staff!
We stayed here for a couple of nights for a family trip. Due to comic-con, we paid through our nose (and breakfast was not included). It's a meh property in an ok location. The property looks dated from inside and the carpets are worn out and could use a refresh. On the positive side - the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
