The room was dated and the curtains had stains on them. The bed was very rough and not very comfortable the shower was dirty. The breakfast area was ok but not enough room to sit down and the food was running out fast. The TVs do not have smart features and there was no guide to find kid shows. The pool was small and looked a little green.

Our stay here was fine, but it wasn’t a great experience. The hotel doesn’t look great especially the long hallways that are bare and depressing. The garage is atrocious and is very hard to park in. The pool is small and shallow, and requires crossing a street. We randomly got a phone call from the front desk at 2:11 am which had been meant for another room. We would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my visit
OMG Nice and quite the breakfast was GREAT. I saw the pool area but forgot my swimsuit. I was in walking distance of what I wanted to see. I will be back

Hotel is close to everything and very convenient. Less then one mile from Little Italy and in another direction about a mile away is the Gaslamp District & Petco Park. We could see the ocean and planes fly over to the airport. Little Italy was great to walk around, shop and dine at. Gaslamp had great restaurants and loved the tacos at Taco Centro. The front desk personnel were helpful. The hotel charges for parking, beds not as comfy as our stay at the Surprise HIE. Free breakfast, but it was packed in there. Fitness Center was good and empty. Everyone must've been eating which was cool. I recommend for conveniency. Also, had Cocina 35 next to the parking lot enterance in the rear.That spot was great for chilaquilles and agua frescas. 6 stars out of 10 for me

The parking garage has narrow lanes to drive between floors. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, walls are super thin. Water line broke where they serve continental breakfast. Pool was next to the hotels round about, great location to breath in all the carbon monoxide

Nice stay
Hotel is located fairly close to the Gaslamp District and Petco Park. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Grounds are well kept.

The hotel service was good everything was easy to my asking for a wheelchair accessible room I wish the transfer shower chair would of been a bit higher but I made it work and was satisfied with the room
