We were place on the 3rd floor and we were told that the elevator did not work. There was not a notification prior to our night arrival not an attempt to place us on the bottom floor. Hay to carry our suitcases all the way to the 3rd floor without any help. There wasn’t even an apology for our the inconvenience. It would have been nice to hear we apologized for the inconvenience and can we place you on a different room for your convenience but nothing was offered.

asked to leave because the toilet overflowed and kept flowing when I was sleeping. I had no idea and when I woke up, found out, called maintenance. Clerk kicked me out next day for something that was not my fault. didn't offer another room. Kicked me out and said will refund remaining days. I then did not have a place to stay.

Very nice place, clean and quiet, parking was a challenge but there was options. Only room complaint was the bathroom was ridiculously small. But we managed. Nice place, definitely would stay again.

Surprisingly good for the price you pay. Rims are Thoughtfully designed and functional. Parking is not as issue as some people have reported. There is a much bigger parking lot on the front side in addition to a smaller lot at the back

Overall good for the price. Staff was excellent and helpful. However, the room stinks !?!? In addition, there was ants in the room, the toilet barley flushed, and the sink drained super slowly...clogged we assumed. For the price i guess that's what you get....to save some money if adventuring in San Diego as we did. However, our next visit we will pay a little more to stay somewhere else.
