When we checked in, we were 20 minutes past check in time. When we got there, they told us it was about a 10 minute wait for a room to be ready as it was a bit behind for cleaning purposes. After about 25 minutes waiting to be called for our room to be ready I went to the front desk and asked if the room was ready yet and they said it would be another 10 minutes tops. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I went up to the front once again and asked if it was ready yet…it still was not ready. After a total of about an hour and 25 minutes of waiting, they finally got us into a room With great annoyance from the clerk.

The staff was snooty specially the girl that helped me I the front desk they showed partially they allowed other people to check in early had my husband and I wait for another two hours while we see other people get their rooms. When I ask can you at least help me store my husband’s food the women in the front desk said your husband should be fine it’s cold outside. I have never been treated this way. The restroom had a terrible smell. They also have me the wrong room when I went downstairs to ask why did I not get the roll in shower they said that I never asked for it. Thank God I kept my reservation the manager did take care of it. But they wasted my time I even offered to pay for early check in no one wanted to help the women in the front desk need to be trained in customer service.

Was able to check in early. Super happy with the location, staff was friendly & helpful. The homewood sweet is bad ass. Perfect for a large family like ours. Will stay and recommend again.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The staff was super friendly. Room immaculate. The gym and pool were well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was a sweet surprise. Will always stay there in the future.
