We stood here for 4 nights. The area was conveniently located near lots of attractions. The actual property was nice with a good size pool & jacuzzi. We checked in later than we normally do. I noticed some dampness on the carpet by the AC didnt think too much of it. After being gone for the day the next day. It was still damp so I went down to talk to the front desk. They sent a maintance who confirmed that it was wet. Then nothing. No offer for us to move rooms or compensate in any way. We have little kids and it was annoying to have to keep them from that spot. Also, we called for towels & toilet paper on separate occasions and both times no one showed up. I hunted down a housekeeper for some who seemed to be annoyed at my request. The staff was rude at this place. My husband complained and they begrudgingly gave us our parking for free. He asked to have a manager call us. Never received a call. Needless to say we will not be staying at this property again.

Nice stay, but expected better for the price
Hotel seemed very nice upon checking in at the lobby and once we got to our room; however, we started noticing a few things. First, there was a Band-Aid hanging from what I assumed was the smoke detector. Second, the floors were dirty (likely the carpet) and when I stepped into the shower my footprints were black from walking around the room barefoot. The fridge was very loud and kept waking me up at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable though. They had a nice breakfast, although I think they should implement a dress code. One male was shirtless and a few women were wearing what appeared to be swimsuit tops. Ok for the pool, but not a public breakfast/food area. We were only there for one night so it was manageable, but I expected better at this price point.

Love This Hotel!
Super clean and in an excellent location. It’s newer and I love the design and layout. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! Only complaint is that our AC had a weird noise that would kick on every once in a while.

Curtains in room were dirty, lifted the sofas pillows and there were lots of crumbs. There is no daily house keeping , when I called the front desk the morning after check in I was informed house keeping comes every other day. I was upset that I was not informed about this since when we left in the morning we increase the bed thinking it would be changed. I booked a king bed but they told me they didn’t have any of those available. Nice thing was we got complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast was decent lots of options .

Traveled with my family for a total of 5 of us. The room was great. Perfect size and we didn’t feel like it was small. We just did a two night trip and it was perfect. My room was clean there wasn’t any problems we had for the stay. The breakfast was great and had some good options!!!

The beds were horrible, pillows were awful. Breakfast was unique but would have preferred more traditional pancakes or waffles over breakfast burritos every morning. The dinner was a welcome surprise for weekdays. It was staffed well. Parking fee was unknown before hand and staff was consistently parking in red zones making it hard to get in at times.

Was excited to stay at this location however, the room I reserved and paid for was no longer available and no discount was given. Aside from that, pre-arranged late check-out and confirmed it was placed on my reservation. Instead, an additional night was charged even though we checked out within the hour window they allowed. I called for a receipt twice and still have not received one. All the linens need to be changed and replaced. Many with holes and stains.
