Terrible housekeeping.
When we get in the room, I doubt that the room had been vacuumed although the trash cans were empty. Shortly, we found that the phone and a TV were not connected. The next morning when I tried shower, I found shampoo and shower gel were empty so that I had to take a shower just with water. I called front desk and asked refill and waited for the service. But no service was provided for 30 minutes and then was told no housekeeping until 8:30am, so I had to pick up shampoo in the front desk. The receptionist told shower gel was not available and we have to use bar soaps. SIn addition, since I heard that the housekeeping would be available every other day, I expected the cleaning of the room on the third day. However, when we came back at 3pm, it has not been cleaned. When we called, we heard that my room will be cleaned in order although a woman came after a couple of minutes.

Great getaway
Great hotel, clean, modern, convenient, and excellent location. Bed was a little hard and west elevator was broken But good coffee and breakfast was wonderful. Service was excellent.

This room put a bummer on our whole trip
First night we check in the room is freezing cold then the alarm goes off because of the steam from the shower. Second day they come to fix the alarm while I'm taking a nap and it goes off again. The next day the maid cleans our room and wraps up one of our medical devices in the sheets so we went a whole night without a needed device. Breakfast was mediocre at best.This is not my usual experience at a Homewood suites!

It’s just a hotel district on the side of the highway so don’t plan to walk anywhere or do any neighborhood walking. But it’s a great hotel for kids.

We booked two rooms. Although check-in was at 4 PM, we had to wait over 30 minutes to check into one of the rooms because it was not cleaned. The fan in that room was very noisy, and there was no body wash or conditioner in the bathroom. The front desk staff was quite unfriendly and lazy
