Property staff and overall hotel was good. However Chaise on pull-out was so warm the material was missing in sections, and the queen beds one side was almost 2" lower than the other to the middle of the room because the mattress was so worn out. It was me almost rolling off during the night

The room was not as nice as its advertised. The ac leaked all over my daughter’s clothes and was given grief about switching rooms. I had to spend my own money to wash the wet clothes. The suite did not have a stove or dishwasher. Over priced, dirty Hilton. Breakfast buffet was good.

Staff was friendly and helpfull facilities were very clean, only issue was pool was very small and didn't look clean when we stayed. And we had an issue at check in since booked throught 3rd party had to call 3rd party our self to try to resolve and this took some time.

Our trip was good. Our room was nice but we did have an issue with a smell coming from our bathroom sink that smelled like sewage. We think the breakfast could have had more selection but other than that we had a good time.

We loved staying at this hotel! It’s a great family friendly hotel with an outdoor courtyard where you can eat and kids can play, they serve a light breakfast and dinner daily, the pool is heated and we love the fact that our suite had a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge and included pots, pans, plates, cups and all the silverware! Would definitely go back again!
