This location is in a very popular area in San Diego. There are all types of dining, venues and maritime activities. The motel has a lot of potential for these reasons however, the property has been neglected and it is in need of a remodel and upgrades. With that being said, the staff is very professional, friendly, prompt and efficient. We look forward to returning once it’s cleaned up!!!

I would suggest that you save your time booking with this property. First I was not able to sleep due to the noisy air conditioning unit. Then the feeling of things crawling on me made imposible. I woke up to find a newly hatched cockroaches all over the dresser in the middle of the night! Avoid at all cost!!!

Nice stay for fishing trip
The bed was comfortable and the roomeas nice. Great location for going fishing or exploring the area! I spent 2 nights so i wouldnt have to drive back once off of boat. The managerwas friendly and helpful with any questions.

Was charged $10 for parking and ended up parking on the street 2 blocks away, also charged a 6$ service for who knows what? No ice no pool so im not sure for what service im paying for exactly. Left my deposit in cash, and when i went to pick it up he wanted to charge me $20 for a dirty towel, after some arguing back and forth i refused to pay him the $20

During checkin, I asked to use the restroom. Due to prostate surgery, the urgency was extreme. The manager could not find it in himself to allow me to use his bathroom (no bathroom in lobby). I told him about my condition and he was not going to budge. Unfortunately, I did not quite make it to the room. Perhaps he has had one too many bad experiences with allowing customers to use his bathroom. This is not my first stay here, but will be my last. A little consideration would have gone a long way. As for the room, the attempt to maximize the occupancy has minimized the amount of room to move around in the room. The water in the toilet kept turning on and off. We were only staying the one night and checking out early - so we just slept and left early the next morning. Perhaps the person checking us in would do better in another line of work.

Bad choice.
Loud nasty, noisy and belligerent female and her drunken loud friends started getting loud about sunset Complained to the manager but he couldn't move me to another room So I ran the fan all night to white out the noise. Also they charged a $8 cleaning charge in addition to $10 for parking

The hotel charges $10 service fee each day. This charge was never on any other hotel expenses in the U.S. and this charge did not appear on online hotel price detail. It is a kind of cheating by hiding some charges in the hotel advertisement.
